Ingredients
O | 1/4 cup Roasted red pepper, chopped |
O | 1/4 cup Cooked bacon, crumbled |
O | 1/4 cup Chopped fresh herbs, basil, tarragon, chives, parsley etc. |
O | 2 pkg Boursin cheese, or flavored cream cheese, softened |
O | 8 oz Cream cheese, softened |
O | 3/4 cup Malone’s Jazzy Hot, chopped |
O | Additional chopped herbs and pate for garnish, optional |
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix on low speed until combined, then increase to medium speed. Mix for one minute or until all ingredients are well blended.
- Press mixture into a medium size round bowl lined with plastic wrap. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
- Remove plastic wrap from top of bowl. Place a large plate centered over top. Invert plate and remove bowl from plate, allowing spread covered with plastic wrap to remain on plate.
- Form spread into a ball shape, then remove plastic wrap from ball. Sprinkle with additional chopped herbs and chopped pate’ and serve with crackers, bread or vegetables.
