Ingredients
- ¼ cup Red & green bell peppers, diced
- 1 tbsp Smoked Gouda
- 12 Wonton wrappers
- Vegetable oil
- 1 lb Malone’s Smoky Mild Souse Meat
Instructions
- Cut Malone’s souse meat into strips. Spoon diced peppers and Gouda onto wonton wrapper.
- Place Malone’s strips on top, roll wrapper closed.
- Wet fingers with water to seal.
- Fry in hot grease until lightly brown and crisp.
