Ingredients
O | Elbow macaroni, cooked |
O | Béchamel cheese (white sauce) |
O | Shredded white cheddar cheese |
O | Ritz cracker crumbs |
O | Malone’s Mild |
O | Malone’s Hot |
Directions
- Pour macaroni into cast iron skillet.
- Cover with béchamel sauce, then white cheddar.
- Add cubes of Malone’s Mild and Malone’s Hot.
- Cover with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
