Freshness Guarantee

Glorious Malone’s Fine Sausage holds the highest quality standards of freshness and quality.  Our vacumm sealed packaging is designed to arrive in optimal condition in insulated containers with reusable ice gel packs. This packaging will maintain full product freshness while in transit.  Our packing method and temperature control packaging allows our perishable products to remain fresh and in their original condition assuming ambient temperatures of below 90 degrees.

When To Expect Your Order

Our estimated delivery date for your order is based on the date of your order, your shipping address, the shipping speed and options you choose.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We currently ship all of our products using UPS. 

Calculating Shipping Costs

The shipping and handling charges are based on the delivery option you choose.  You will see the shipping cost listed on the “Place Order” page during checkout.  The total charge will be displayed on the last page of the order form, before you submit your order.


We will be happy to arrange for a return of a product that you are not satisfied with, if that product is still in its original packaging.  We cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed items.  Please inspect the contents as soon as they arrive.  Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns only if you contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order.  Please keep your purchase refrigerated and call us at (414) 264 9894 within 24 hours of receipt.  We will arrange a return for you. Glorious Malone’s Fine Sausage does not accept returns that have not been authorized, so we urge you not to refuse delivery or send back items without calling us before.

Once the items have been received back at Malone’s a credit for the cost of the items will be issued to your account.  Shipping charges are non refundable.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to to ship our Gourmet Headcheese or Country Pate to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. 

We are not responsible for products that spoil due to:  packages left at the door for extended periods of time, packages sent back to freight location because nobody was available to sign fo them, or delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
