Ingredients

  • Elbow macaroni, cooked
  • Béchamel cheese (white sauce)
  • Shredded white cheddar cheese
  • Ritz cracker crumbs
  • Malone’s Mild Souse Loaf
  • Malone’s Hot Souse Loaf

Instructions

  1. Pour macaroni into cast iron skillet.
  2. Cover with béchamel sauce, then white cheddar.
  3. Add cubes of Malone’s Mild Souse Meat and Malone’s Hot Souse Meat.
  4. Cover with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
