Ingredients

  • 2 cups Hot sauce
  • 8 oz Malone’s Hot Souse Loaf
  • Dash of celery seed
  • Fried chicken wings

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat hot sauce, Malone’s souse meat and celery seed, stirring constantly.
  2. Pour melted mixture into a bowl, and keep warm while chicken wings are fried.
  3. As soon as wings are done, toss chicken into sauce bowl, coat evenly.
  4. Then, The Flying Pig is ready to serve
