Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz. pack Malone’s Rag bologna (cut in thin strips)
  • 4 oz. cheddar cheese (cut in strips)
  • 1/8 cup chopped red onion
  • A pinch of garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp. coarse pepper
  • 1/8 cup roasted peppers
  • ½ tbsp. red wine vinegar to taste
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil to taste

Instructions

  • Toss all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Serve immediately with crusty bread.
