Ingredients
- 1 16 oz. pack Malone’s Rag bologna (cut in thin strips)
- 4 oz. cheddar cheese (cut in strips)
- 1/8 cup chopped red onion
- A pinch of garlic powder
- 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. coarse pepper
- 1/8 cup roasted peppers
- ½ tbsp. red wine vinegar to taste
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil to taste
Instructions
- Toss all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Serve immediately with crusty bread.
