Ingredients

  • 1 c. Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Malone’s Mild Souse Meat
  • Caramel
  • 2 Maraschino Cherries

Instructions

  1. Finely dice Malone’s Mild Souse Meat.
  2. Whisk heavy cream and sugar until firm. Fold in diced souse meat.
  3. Drizzle caramel into the bottom of a martini or sundae glass.
  4. With an ice cream scooper, layer scoops of desert cream and caramel. Top with cherries. Serve.
