Ingredients
- 1 c. Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Malone’s Mild Souse Meat
- Caramel
- 2 Maraschino Cherries
Instructions
- Finely dice Malone’s Mild Souse Meat.
- Whisk heavy cream and sugar until firm. Fold in diced souse meat.
- Drizzle caramel into the bottom of a martini or sundae glass.
- With an ice cream scooper, layer scoops of desert cream and caramel. Top with cherries. Serve.
